Site inspection and requirements briefing: Discussing concepts, ideas, budget, and approach.
Proposal
Presentation of the quotation, concept, and approach.
Confirmation
Client places a deposit to initiate design work.
Detailed Drawing
Construction drawings are prepared for the client’s approval.
Renovating
Site work begins according to the projected schedule.
Handover
Site completed and handed over to the client with the collection of the final payment. After-sales service warranty provided to the client.
